Prima.Law offers multiple ways to get help, depending on your needs.

In-app guidance

  • Contextual guides and walkthroughs appear automatically as you use the platform.
  • These are designed to help you complete tasks without leaving your workflow.

Maya: your AI assistant

  • Maya is available inside the app to answer questions in real time (lower right corner).
  • She’s trained on Prima.Law knowledge and can guide you just like a human support agent.
  • Use Maya for quick answers, explanations, and step-by-step help.

Contacting human support

If you need additional help:

  • Use the Help button at the top of the screen.
  • Contact support directly through the Maya widget.
  • Schedule a support session if needed.
  • Call or reach out through standard support channels.

We encourage starting with Maya for fast answers, and escalating to a human agent whenever necessary.
