AI Review in Prima.Law

The AI Review feature is an advanced analysis tool built using custom Gemini engines, specifically tailored to the Prima.Law environment. It is designed to provide high-level insights and quality control for assembled packages while adhering to the strictest security and privacy requirements.

Intelligent Package Analysis

This feature allows users to perform an automated review of documents generated within the system. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Prima.Law can analyze the content of complex files—such as assembled immigration packages—to help staff identify key information or answer specific questions about the documentation provided.

Integrated Accessibility

The AI Review capability is directly integrated into the document management workflow. Users can find this feature within the "Package Assembly" tab of any case page. Next to each generated package, a dedicated "AI Review" button allows for the immediate launch of the analysis interface for that specific document.

Secure Conversational Interface

Once activated, the system opens a dedicated "AI Case Review" interface. Within this secure environment, users can:

Interact with the Document: Use the conversational history bar to ask specific questions about the analyzed package.
Maintain Privacy: Benefit from an AI engine that operates under the firm's security protocols, ensuring sensitive client data remains protected.
Export Findings: For record-keeping, users can utilize the "Export as PDF" option to save the AI's analysis and conversation history.

The AI Review interface is designed for professional use, allowing users to select themes (Light or Dark mode) to suit their viewing preference while reviewing extensive documents.

1. Document Upload & Analysis

Average Cost per Page: ~0.79 to 0.89 credits per page.
Content Type: Text-heavy, image-heavy, and scanned documents all cost roughly the same to process per page.
Note on Smaller Files: Documents under 30 pages may slightly average around 0.80–0.92 credits per page due to rounding.

2. Asking Questions

The credit cost for asking questions depends on the overall length of the document:

Up to 150 pages: ~32 credits per question (range: 16–100).
150 to 350 pages: ~48 credits per question (range: 33–109).
350 to 900 pages: 53–88 credits per question.
Over 900 pages: ~150 credits per question (range: 77–195).

Key Things to Keep in Mind

Session Expiration: If you ask a question on a document after 30 minutes of inactivity, the system re-processes the document, which incurs the initial upload cost again.
Required Credit Buffer: Before starting an analysis, the system checks if you have approximately 1.3x the estimated cost available in your balance as a safety margin. This is only a temporary balance check, not an extra fee.
