Addendums & Supplemental Pages

Automatically generate extra pages when standard form fields are insufficient.

Automated Addendums in Prima.Law

An Addendum is a specialized feature in Prima.Law designed to handle overflow information that exceeds the physical space limitations of official immigration forms. Instead of cutting off critical data, Prima.Law automatically generates additional sheets to ensure all client information is presented clearly and professionally to government agencies.

When are Addendums Generated?

The system identifies the need for an addendum in two primary scenarios:

  • During Interview Imports: When importing data from a Smart Interview, the system detects if the provided answers are too long for the standard form fields and prepares an addendum immediately.
  • From Comprehensive Profiles: If a client's profile contains extensive history—such as multiple "Other Names," complex address history, numerous family members, detailed marriage history, or multiple U.S. entries—the Forms tab will automatically generate an addendum to accommodate this extra data.

Key Benefits

  • Complete Data Integrity: Ensures that no piece of information is lost or shortened due to form character limits.
  • Professional Presentation: Generates clean, formatted supplemental pages that match the requirements of the filing, saving the firm from manual formatting in Word or PDF editors.
  • Seamless Integration: Addendums are created directly within the Forms tab, keeping all parts of the application package centralized and ready for assembly.
  • Automatic Triggering: The system does the heavy lifting by recognizing when the information in the profile exceeds the form's capacity, triggering the addendum without manual intervention.

Ensuring Filing Accuracy

By using automated addendums, your firm avoids the risk of "Incomplete" notices from USCIS or other agencies. Every detail provided by the client in their profile or interview is captured and attached as a formal supplement to the main application.
